I absolutely LOVED working with David Spence Inc. (DSI). […] First, David Spence is an amazing person. He is very personable, down to earth, and a straight shooter. He is creative, an absolute professional, and definitely engaging. He asked what I was looking for, and I gave him freedom to give some professional ideas with the broad things I was looking for. David came out to inspect and quote the job fairly quickly, and was quite thorough in determining the various tasks required to achieve the permanent fix I was looking for. Quote came in higher than preferred, but expected to pay for quality results. The job was scheduled also fairly quickly (around 2 weeks) from when the contract was signed. To be brief, Brad and Sean whom was designated for this repair did a superb job. They were prompt, took the time to answer all of my question and address any concerns. Upon finding an additional area with water damage (not major, but concerning), David didn't skip a beat and had the team address immediately. Quality, professional work that met every expectation (they are rated A). The office staff is also friendly and stayed on top of all messaging and needed communications to keep things moving. Any major repair where Quality is #1, this team is it.

Trustworthy, dependable, outstanding customer service sums up our experience with DSI. During our research to find a general contractor to remodel our kitchen, we ran across DSI on Angie's list and the customer reviews were glowing. We decided that DSI would be one of the contractors we contacted, and it was the best decision we made. David Spence was able to design and remodel our kitchen within our budget, the end result was amazing. As we refined our requirements and made selections, Kristy (office manager) was in contact with us every step of the way. She was very responsive, and wonderful to work with through this process. When the work started, Tony and his crew (Sean & TJ) arrived at our home every day on time. Their workmanship, positive attitudes, and willingness to please the customer was second to none. Matt from DSI electric is excellent; we are hiring him to do some additional work for us. Very rarely do you find a company from top to bottom that truly "gets it". DSI cares about their customers and they walk the talk. Great job David and Team!

David and his crews were great. Communication was good and they went beyond our expectations in making my wife and I happy with the outcome. Actually finished earlier than expected. David took ownership of a project that a couple of previous bidders had left me not feeling confident about. David was honest with his expectations and we are very happy with the results. No more leaks, dry, finished walls, and beautiful windows. All of his employees were professional and would communicate progress and challenges clearly. And Kristy was always letting us know where we stood on the schedule. Highly recommend these folks.

I had extensive remodeling done in my kitchen, master bathroom and hall bathroom. The master bathroom was completely demolished and built up from scratch. Once the project started, Dave’s crew worked every day until the job was completed. The work included plumbing for additional sinks, new toilets, new shower fixtures, new faucets in every room, etc. Electrical was pretty intensive also: new lights in kitchen ceiling, moving electrical outlets, cabinet lighting and new wall outlets with dimmers. All new cabinetry and granite countertops were installed. Dave did an incredible job with all the complexities of this project. His crew was very experienced, honest, courteous and hardworking. I would not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.

Just completed a total home interior remodel. David had creative ideas. Completed ahead of forecast. Workers were professional, courteous, and skilled. Very excellent work. My experience with David Spence Inc was superior!! I had not done any remodeling before until this project. David and his staff were very knowledgeable, kind, and very patient with all my questions. I was always prepared ahead of time by the owner or staff about what to expect with the whole process. The construction crew in my home were nothing but professional, polite, and on time. Not only did I have a complete remodel take place during by busiest season for my line of work, we had the COVID-19 pandemic, and a 14 day quarantine for me. Needless to say I was a bit stressed! The owner of the company prayed for me when he saw the stress of everything overcome me. That is going above and beyond in my book and was greatly appreciated!! If your looking for a contractor who will keep the process as stress free as possible, do the job right the first time, be professional and understanding, provide quality work, and treat you like family this is the company you want to hire. My kitchen is absolutely beautiful and I smile each time I walk into it! You will be very glad you hire David Spence Inc.
