How long will it take to remodel my bathroom?
Bathroom remodels take approximately 2 to 3 weeks to complete. This depends on the size of the bathroom and if the materials selected are all available (in stock at the supplier).
How long will it take to remodel my kitchen?
Kitchen remodels take approximately 3 to 4 weeks to complete. This depends on the size of the kitchen and if the materials selected are all available (in stock at the supplier).
What geographical areas do you serve?
We currently service in Hillsborough and Polk counties.
What days are available to schedule my appointment for an estimate?
Complimentary, no obligation estimate appointments are scheduled on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings.
How long does it take to obtain my estimate quote pricing?
Basic estimates quote pricing should be available within a day or two. These are estimates that do not require plans. Estimates that have plans can take several weeks to price out all of the work that is required for the large scale of work listed in the plans.
Do you charge for your estimates?
The estimate is free of charge if the appointment is scheduled on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday morning. If it is outside of this time frame, the estimate charge is $150.00 per hour.
How long does it take to pull a permit with the county building department?
This depends on the scope of work. If it is only a window installation, it would only take a day or two. If the work is an addition to the house, this could take 4 to 7 weeks or more depending on the county building department.
What all work do you do?
Everything under the roof….Our team is trained in all aspects of carpentry which makes us a unique remodeling company.
Do you require a down payment to schedule the work?
No, we do not require any down payment. We have a draw system when we start the work, the first draw would be due on the first day of work.
How do you schedule the work?
Once the client decides to hire us, the work would go under contract. At that time, we determine when we can schedule the work based on the client’s calendar and our existing project calendar.
What kind of countertops do you install in your kitchen/bathroom remodels?
For the countertops, we typically install granite, quartz or marble.
What kind of cabinets do you install in your kitchen/bathroom remodels?
We install solid wood cabinets that have soft close features. In addition, the cabinets may have many other custom features such as Lazy Susans, trash bin pull out trays, under counter pull out tray for the microwave, and many more to choose from.
Do you do balcony/deck water proofing?
Yes, we offer VFI waterproofing to your balcony. This product is a great product that eliminates the water leaking issues. We are one of the few that are certified with VFI to install this product.
Do you do waterproofing at the ground level of my home?
Yes, we offer VFI waterproofing to your home. This product is applied to the footer and above grade to provide a water barrier to eliminate the water penetration. We are one of the few certified with VFI to install this product.
