Judy and Alex wanted their porch to be a place where people could gather and relax. We transformed their original porch into a family friendly and relaxing place that their family and friends could spend time with them outside and still stay cool. There is a 10' ceiling fan to keep them cool and help circulate the outdoor air along with screens to keep all of the summer time bugs at bay. We also updated their outdoor kitchen with new marine-grade high density polyethylene cabinets and leather textured granite countertops that are durable for outdoor use.
David Spence is the only contractor I would ever hire. He is honest, transparent and has a really good eye for designing your space and has a knack for any potential pitfalls.
